TOMATO GROWING SEMINARS IN OKALOOSA AND SANTA ROSA
POSTED
MARCH 17, 2010

Hi all, just a quick post to let you know about the tomato growing seminars taking place in Okaloosa and Santa Rosa counties on March 23. They are hosted by the University of Florida Extension and are very informative. Get all the details in Larry’s Williams’ blog.

Here’s the latest on our watch for tomatoes resistant to Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus: I found BHN 640 tomato plants at Kmart in Niceville and Talladega tomato plants at Lowes in Fort Walton Beach. Suzanne reports seeing Amelia tomato plants at Lowes on Capital Circle NE in Tallahassee.

Please let me know if you find tomato plants resistant to Tomato Spotted Wilt Virus where you live.

If you would like to subscribe to my blog and receive an email letting you know each time I post an update, simply send me an email by clicking here. Please let me know where in Florida (or elsewhere) you are gardening.

Many thanks!
